I value education as evidenced by my educational credentials prior to and after earning my real estate license.  I know that I can only serve you if I thoroughly understand and abide by the details of the Arizona real estate contract, contract law, the rights of the buyer, valuation of properties, Fair Housing laws and the Realtor Code of Ethics.  I must have knowledge of the local market, awareness of what's going on in the community and surrounding areas.

One of my strengths is that I listen to my clients.  I "read between the lines" and use my intuition along with my market knowledge.  If you are a Buyer, I will find you the "perfect" home for you.  If you are a Seller, I will match your home with a Buyer.  That's why my motto is "Makin' it Happen."

Negotiations - Winning negotiations take skill...that's why classes are taught on "How to Negotiate!"  I've taught this subject and have practiced the techniques when representing both buyers and sellers for homes from $100,000 to over $1 million. It's a "Win-Win" outcome you're looking for and the only way to get that is to know what you're doing!  I negotiated multi-million dollar deals for Fortue 500 companies during my 20 year career in the NYC area prior to moving to Green Valley.  That experience is priceless!  You'll be glad I'm on your side!

Transaction Support - You won't have to worry because you'll be in good hands!  My support staff is there to set the inspection appointments, make sure you receive your Preliminary Title Commitment, and handle the details of the contract.  And, I'll be present at the inspection so that I am aware of any repairs or property issues needed. I'll consult with you on repair requests and ensure that all deadlines are met throughout the buying process.
